Obtaining Reports from San Diego County Agencies

Every county within the State of California has agencies that regulate, oversee, and/or license the conduct of individuals, business, and/or industries. Many of these county agencies have policing or investigative authority, and may, from time to time, be called upon to investigate certain incidents or allegations related to that individual, business, or industry. The investigative reports generated by those investigations may be available to those involved or impacted by the investigation.

This list of San Diego County agencies is offered as a resource to those victims of a business or industry whose misconduct may have caused a personal injury, and whose misconduct has been the subject of an investigation. To obtain the investigation report yourself, please contact the relevant agency and request the report. You will have to identify yourself, and your relation to the investigation, and may have to pay a small fee. If you need assistance, please call Walton Law Firm for more information.
