San Marcos, California 92078

Lukas Pick has been practicing law in San Diego County for a decade. At the start of his career he worked for a highly respected law firm that defended claims of injury and malpractice. That experience gave him insights about how defendants and insurance companies approached litigation. Despite being made partner, Mr. Pick left the defense firm in 2010 and dedicated himself to the representation of victims of personal injury and nursing home abuse and neglect, which today represents 100% of his legal work. Mr. Pick has broad experience in cases involving malpractice in the nursing home and assisted living setting, car and motorcycle accidents, and injuries sustained on both public and private property.

Today, Mr. Pick represents personal injury victims both in his own firm, Pick Law, and as of counsel to the Walton Law Firm.
